I'm Ayana Green — your host and the founder of ASPIRE NextGen.

I'm a marketing executive with more than two decades of experience leading strategy and growth within Fortune 100 global organizations. My academic journey includes both undergraduate and graduate degrees from top-ranked institutions.

But my proudest accomplishment — and the title that matters most — is Mom.
